In order for any
organization or a family to function well, the foundation or the structure must
be really strong to withstand any disaster. In this structure, behavior, cognitive, and other personal
factors and environmental events operate as interacting determinants that
influence each other.
The influence of each determinant can
enhance or undermine the operation of the self-regulation of one factor. All
those influences contribute to the growing standard of the work place.
As a school the
determinant is basically the principal, deputy principal, syndicate leaders
colleagues and whanau.
As a teacher in
this school, I have seen myself grown from time to time because of the
influence of the determinant. They have encouraged me with close support.
I am pretty happy
where I am at right now although this is my first time teaching year 3 & 4
students and because I have a fantastic team leader whom I would give her my
utmost gratitude for her everlasting kindness and wisdom, she is always there
to help and give positive feedbacks at all times for the sake of our learners. Thank
